Biomedical image analysis and computer vision

- Image analysis, blind source separation and pharmacokinetic analysis on Dynamic Contrast Enhanced Magnetic Resonance imaging (DCE-MRI)

- Image segmentation, image enhancement, and other traditional computer vision problem
